IT Recruiter - Lisbon

We are looking for an ambitious and organised Tech Resourcer to join our rapidly expanding Lisbon team to help us become the No.1 custom merchandise company in the world. The role will provide hiring support to our Lisbon office.
This is a contract position helping the Talent Team recruit across the business. You will
- Have ownership over the 360 recruitment process from conducting briefings with hiring managers, to posting adverts, to phone screening candidates through to offering future employees
- Provide the best possible candidate experience to anyone who engages with Mooteefe, regardless of whether they get the job or not.
- Manage applications in our ATS (Workable), making sure candidates profiles are fully updated and all data is GDPR compliant.
- Write and update job postings across all platforms ensuring they are easy to read and engaging

- Coaching and supporting hiring teams throughout the interview process

- Positive feedback from the hiring teams and candidates you have engaged with
- Fluant English
- 6 months + Tech Recruitment (360 or Delivery, Contract or Perm)
- Great candidate sourcing skills through mediums like LinkedIn, internal CRM and job boards
- Ability to qualify candidates against complex job specs
- Very good rounded tech knowledge from a recruitment perspective
- Good skills for writing job adverts
- Proactive approach to managing a seamless candidate experience
- Proven track record in successfully placing technology candidates
