Our quality manager is responsible for creating the highest standards of quality throughout Moteefe´s supply chain. This involves constantly improving the quality of the products, printing, and processes within a network of third-party suppliers. Your role will involve analyzing potential complaints and ensure quality compliance. You will also be able to improve the quality of our Global Printing Network by providing accurate feedback to our suppliers and identifying repeating patterns of low quality in our supply chain. You will communicate with several external suppliers as well as all of Moteefe´s teams.


  • Monitors the quality of Moteefe´s supply chain
    • Customer complaints (working with our Customer Support team)
    • Mystery shopping
    • Data analysis
  • Works with all teams to gather feedback and suggestions to improve our supply chain
  • Maintains and analyzes data of complaints, their reasons, and the associated costs
  • Manages the reclamation workstream with all our suppliers and financial department
  • Creates a credit report for each supplier for all complaints in the previous month
  • Identifies areas of low quality and suggests solutions to suppliers
  • Monitors our customer's satisfaction with the Blank products and the prints we are offering
  • Provides quality KPI’s into supplier score cards on a monthly basis
  • Initiates internal projects geared towards improved data output and color accuracy


  • Over 3 years of experience in product quality assurance
  • Knowledge of digital printing and sublimation printing
  • Experience in supply and distribution companies
  • Knowledge of legal compliance (preferred)
  • Fluent English.
